I guess this watch is called "Hiya, Minnie!" because Mickey is waving to his Sweet Pea off in the distance somewhere. Mickey's arms do not tell time, but hollow black hours-and-minutes hands do, as does a red, seconds hand. Watch has rounded-square case and dial.
